WinterSwipe.com Review Is It a Scam?
To keep this post as short as possible for those of you in a rush, is WinterSwipe.com a scam? Based on my reviews I don’t think it’s legit and I do think it’s a scam. The company behind WinterSwipe as of 2018 is Nautell Capital Limited. Based on my reviews all dating websites that are part of the Nautell Capital Limited network appear to be scams. If you don’t want to take my word for it you may want to consider reading the WinterSwipe terms.

I should point out that if you don’t live in Cyprus treat Winter Swipe the way you would any foreign company. I know for some people this isn’t a big deal, but when you understand the legal implications the way I do, I’d advise you to familiarise yourself with the Winterswipe. Terms of Use Agreement. Again if you’re going to sign up for WinterSwipe.com consider reading their terms there are a few sections that I’m going to focus on in this post, the first one being 5. Content Posted on the Site. where it states the following:
By posting Content to any public area of Winterswipe, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Winterswipe an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.
Specifically you agree and acknowledge that your profile and related information and content may be utilized and displayed on other sites which are owned by related companies or authorized services providers (“Network websites”).
The other section is 10. Service where it states the following:
You understand, acknowledge, and agree that some of the user profiles posted on this site may be fictitious or models or bots related to our “Love Stars” ( ) program.
There’s a lot more I could add to this post but I’ll leave it here for now. Instead of wasting your time with services like this it would be better if instead you joined a live webcam sex service like Live Jasmin where at the very least you’ll know upfront what you’re getting yourself into.

Based on my reviews WinterSwipe is not legit and is indeed a scam. I don’t write these posts to tell people what to do with their time or their money. If you want to join WinterSwipe.com don’t let me stop you just don’t say I didn’t warn you.
