Based on my reviews SexEncounters, found at SexEncounters.com is not legit and is indeed a scam. What I will say is the truth of how ‘Sex Encounters’ does business is explained in specific detail in their Terms & Conditions page as a matter a fact near the top of their Terms & Conditions it clearly states the following

So although I consider them to be a scam, I’ve seen worse scams that use deceptive language even in their terms to confuse members about what they’re signing up to.
