To start had it not been for spam email messages sent to me from [email protected] I wouldn’t be writing this blog post. I’ve never heard of seekingyounow.com until now. So if you’re reading this and wondering what I think about SeekingYouNow? Based on my reviews Seeking You Now is not legit and is a scam. Now, a few things to understand is about SeekingYouNow.com is if you want to file a complaint you’re sent to seeking-us.com or mate-us.com, they also have an address and phone number which you can see below:

Now, if you look up their address minus “#499” the company that pops up is incparadise.net also know as eastbiz.com. Now it’s unlikely to me that eastbiz.com is aware of SeekingYouNow.com or it’s business dealings, but I point this out because the HLP Communications Inc./SeekingYouNow.com address is nothing more than a mailbox that you can buy at the post office or UPS Store.

I don’t write to tell people what to do with their time or their money, but if you’re going to sign up for the SeekingYouNow.com trial consider reading their Terms and Conditions one section states the following:

1 day Trial membership at $1.83, recurring monthly at $37.66 unless canceled OR 1 month membership recurring monthly at $37.66 until canceled.

that’s something I think you should know prior to joining SeekingYouNow.com, secondly, in the terms consider reading section 10.0 Purpose of the Services; Limitation of Intended Use. where it writes about 10.1 For Amusement Purposes Only. and states the following:

b. You understand and accept that our site, while built in the form of a personals service, is an entertainment service. All profiles are provided for the amusement and entertainment of our members and our users.

it goes onto say:

You understand, acknowledge, and agree that some of the user profiles posted on this site may be fictitious. Such profiles are used as part of Our efforts to stimulate conversation with users, in order to encourage further and broader participation in all of our Site’s services, including the posting of additional information and/or pictures to the users’ profiles.

and…

You understand, acknowledge, and agree that the information, text, and pictures contained in these entertainment profiles do not pertain to any actual person, but are included for entertainment purposes only.

then finally…

You understand, acknowledge, and agree that no physical meeting will ever take place between you and the individuals using an entertainment profile and is strictly for entertainment purposes,

So if after reading their terms you want to sign up don’t let me stop you, I often write in detail about Live Jasmin because when you join Live Jasmin you don’t have to worry about the members being fake.
