SmoothieDiet.com Review Is It a Scam?
Based on my reviews “Smoothie Diet” which is an information product currently found at SmoothieDiet.com is legit and not a scam. A family member of mine, who still doesn’t understand how to use Amazon asked me to buy her a book called The Blue Zones Kitchen: 100 Recipes to Live to 100 she absolutely loves it and that’s when I stumbled on SmoothieDiet which is a series of information-based products dedicated to helping people lose weight via Smoothies.
I have my own herbal doctor so some of what’s in Smoothie Diet I know about already, but it’s worth checking out if you like smoothies which many of us do.
I own so many of these types of eBooks and physical books that I could probably start my own store, I like these Smoothie Diet information-based products because whenever I feel sick I want a cure asap. I’ve been sick before, which was caused by me gaining weight and during this period I bought all sorts of things and tried many of them, because I wanted to get well again, so I’ll admit to the reader of this post that I’m a bit of an addict.
I also like to help people, so when someone asks me for advice I like to be able to point them in the direction of information that helped me. Again some of the information in Smoothie Diet I knew prior to purchasing the book, some I haven’t tried yet, but the Smoothie Diet is definitely nota scam, I wouldn’t call it a magic fix either, but one of the ways I lost weight was by drinking more and eating less.
If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and don’t eat late, and try not to eat as many solid foods, because especially when you’re obese the way I was, your bodies metabolism is weaker, and therefore it will take your body longer to break down solid foods.
The Smoothie Diet talks about things I knew about already, which is that you don’t want to ver work your organs when you’re overweight. Try to imagine that the internals of your body because of your weight gain is having to doing more work to break down food and therefore it will do things more slowly when you replace whole foods with things like the Smoothie Diet your body now does less because what you would have eaten is now in a liquid form.
Now, the mistake most people make is they compound liquids with solid foods, I don’t recommend that, when I was battling my weight gain I had 3 days tops in which I ate solid foods, the other days my meals would be in liquid format. Now, for myself because I learned about this long before I know about Smoothie Diet I had different liquified beverages for different reasons, which is why you’ll notice that Smoothie Diet has some offers on the back end.
But that’s how I did it, just some free advice for people who might be where I was. Agin based on my reviews Smoothie Diet is legit and not a scam, any questions or concerns you have regarding Smoothie Diet should be sent to their staff directly.
Being that it’s an information product as of today’s date you can contact Smoothie Diet via email here: support[at]healthcoachdrew.com and ask them any questions or concerns you might have.
