Why does my POF account keep getting deleted?
My subscribers have been asking me over and over about PLENTYOFFISH or Pof.com. The first thing I want to say is I’m not the biggest plenty of fish supporter. I know quite a few people that met and married because of plenty of fish what’s often not talked about are the divorces. But what I’ve said to people over and over again is that Pof’s or Plentyoffish Media ULC their parent company is now Match.com. To my subscribers that have been asking about Pof and Okcupid it’s important to understand that Match.com owns both of them.
For those of you subscribed you know I’ve written in length about Pof’s change I believe it was 2013 when they removed their “intimate encounters” option. being that many of us come from the adult industry this was the disconnect for many of us from Pof. Furthermore to make matters worse age restrictions were added to Pof, many of you may not know this but Pof has been in decline since these changes were made.
In 2017 the current 39 year old French Prime minister is married to a 64 year old attractive vibrant woman. In America the current 70 year old President Donald Trump is married to a very attractive 47 year old bombshell. I say this because at the time when Pof made changes it wasn’t doing anything illegal and their site was growing massively year over year. However since those changes Pof has been on a decline. It’s very important to note that PlentyOfFish is Headquartered in Canada. I have nothing against Canada but they have some interesting Anti-Spam Laws that as I’ve said in other posts are more harsher than the U.S.

To the best of my knowledge PlentyOfFish does not have a lot of employees in comparison to other dating sites it’s size and being that millions of people are using that site daily and being that Canada has as I’ve stated “interesting Anti-Spam Laws”, based on what I know about online dating chances are they have some sort of automated process that automatically deletes users based on very specific criteria. You may unknowingly be triggering their automation possibly by opening multiple tabs, sending messages, not fully completing your profile are expanding your search criteria to what their automated bot deems unacceptable.
To my subscribers do you see now why I’m not a fan of free dating websites? You get what you pay for, as many of you know I don’t really like traditional dating websites either. I don’t find people are being themselves on those sites. Plenty Of Fish in my opinion was at it’s best when it had it’s intimate encounters option. If many of you remember I didn’t even used to write about Adult Friend Finder years back.
Well things changed and in my opinion and this is strictly my opinion, there are no facts to back up or support my opinion. My opinion is that Pof.com removed their intimate encounters option to be a more attractive investment to Match Group, Inc which is now it’s parent company. I don’t remember the exact figures but PlentyOfFish was sold for $500+ million dollars. Now being honest if all I had to do was to remove the intimate encounters option from my website to get $500+ million dollars I’d do it in a heartbeat. I’m not anti capitalism I’ve said that before, I have no ill will towards any dating website that takes a buyout. Many of you follow me because of my brutal honesty. In my opinion your accounts might be getting deleted because Pof has some kind of automation process in place.

You get what you pay for, Pof.com is a free service, I prefer premium services. Many of you that are members of Pof.com are also members of Match.com and as I’ve stated these dating websites as legit as they are, still are relatively boring. Time is precious in my world, Adult dating is my preference I use Adult Friend Finder I’m a long time member and if more women and men would support real dating with real people you wouldn’t have to worry about meeting people online who pretend to be something they’re really not.
You may in fact be pretending to be something you’re not online. Life is short I do not understand why people don’t respect their time. Adult Friend Finder has been supporting the LGBTQ community long before it became a political platform politicians had to acknowledge. Adult Friend Finder has on their registration a specific area for people living what is considered an alternative lifestyle by today’s standards. Adult Friend Finder has been way ahead of it’s time, but you’d have to be a long time Adult Friend Finder member to grasp this.
