In most countries in the world, where people have to deal with the realities of scarcity, women tend to adopt a more realistic view of the world. It’s not to say that some women’s heads aren’t in the clouds in these nations, and it’s not to say that these countries don’t have women who don’t want to contribute to cradle-to-grave welfare. However, the cultures in non-western nations are not shaped by an unsustainable welfare state.
