UpForSex.com Review Is It a Scam?
For those of you that follow my posts if you read the UpForSex.com terms of use and compare it to xdating.com terms of use you’ll better understand what I mean when I say that there are A LOT of foreign owned dating websites that start a dating website just gather peoples information and sell that information to another foreign owned dating website for a profit. Or the foreign owned dating website will declare bankruptcy or close it’s doors and sell peoples dating profiles as well as their personal information to multiple sources.
If you compare UpForSex.com and xdating they’re both pretty much the exact the same the only difference being the name of the company. xdating in 2015 is owned by DG International Limited LLC and I say 2015 because these scam companies frequently change ownerships. UpForSex.com in 2015 is owned by Social Logic LLC
Personal thoughts regarding UpForSex.com
I get emotionally charged when I get spammed by companies like UpForSex because it brings back terrible memories of when I got scammed. I forgot to add that yes based on my reviews I do think UpForSex.com is a scam, I do not think Up For Sex is legit and any review site claiming UpForSex.com is legit should be questioned for it’s legitimacy. Now if you go to the UpForSex.com terms of use page scroll down to “D. Member Privacy, Security and Information Usage Policy.” where it currently states the following and I’m quoting this here as of October 2015:
3. You agree that our authorized representatives may gain access to your account (and all of the information and data it contains) and use it for any reasonable business purpose.
They can, in their full, complete, and final discretion change or delete or add to any of the contents of your account – by way of example and without any limitation of the foregoing, to remove profane language, to change your listed gender, to remove images or text of any kind, and,
in short, to make any and all possible changes in our sole discretion, of any kind or sort whatsoever, for any reason or for no reason, with or without any prior notice. We may even put advertising on your page or in your communications in our Services.
How this relates to you as a potential user of UpForSex.com is that chances are most of the pictures of attractive members are probably fakes and chances are if you chat with someone they’re probably being paid to do so. Now in regards to the sending spam to further drive home my point. part 6 of “D. Member Privacy, Security and Information Usage Policy.” goes on to state the following:
you hereby grant to us a perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, world wide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, freely transferable, license to run, display, copy, reproduce, publish, bundle, distribute, market, create derivative works of, adapt, translate, transmit, arrange, modify, sub-license, export, merge, transfer, lend, rent, lease, assign, share, outsource, host, make available to any person or otherwise use, any information or other Content you provide, upload, or transmit, on or through the Services we provide or which is sent to us by e-mail or other correspondence, for any purpose whatsoever.
We may use any and all of this Content, including but not limited to text and photographs (regardless of whom they may depict) of any nature for any purpose, including, but not limited to their commercial public use in websites or in any other media we or any associates or contractors or licensees of ours may operate and in any other media of any nature whatsoever, published or operated by anyone.
We shall have no obligation of confidentiality to you regarding any such Content unless specifically agreed by us in writing or required by law. We shall never be obliged to delete any information from the web site. These foregoing provisions shall survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Final thoughts regarding UpForSex.com
Let me end this blog post by saying that I don’t write these blog posts to tell people what to do with their time or their money. If you’re reading this you should be an adult capable of making your own decisions. Reason I make these postings is simple a few years back followed the advice of a so called “review” site that gave a scam dating website a 5 star review. Following that advice costs me not only a lot money but a lot of time as well.
So I try to throw this information out to people best I can the rest is up to you. Yes based on my review I think UpForSex.com is a scam, no I don’t think UpForSex.com is legit I think Up For Sex is a total scam and I only know of their existence because of SPAM emails I received. With that said if you want to sign up with UpForSex.com don’t let me stop you just don’t say I didn’t warn you!
Being that I’ve been doing this for a few years now I’m aware that most of you don’t care about scams, you just want to know about the sex dating websites that aren’t scams. Well I keep it simple and I only recommend the sex or swingers dating website that I know PERSONALLY IS NOT A SCAM!
I don’t do the whole rating or top ten thing I recommend Adult Friend Finder because I’ve had success using it. Adult Friend Finder has over 30+ million users, furthermore Adult Friend Finder didn’t start in 2015 Adult Friend Finder began in 1996 which makes it almost 20 years old.
Adult Friend Finder is an American owned company but people all over the world can join. What’s the catch you ask? Well be forewarned Adult Friend Finder like any other dating website might have individuals that might want to scam you. By that I mean pimps, strippers, drug dealers and just some bad individuals might use their service. It happens… It’s real life these are real people. It’s not common for this to happen but it does happen so you have to protect yourself. But for myself I’ve been using the Adult Friend Finder service on and off since 1999.
Why on and off? Because Adult Friend Finder isn’t exactly the site you use to meet your future wife or husband (although it does happen) People use Adult Friend Finder to have fun and live a little if you know anything about REAL LIFE in “The Valley” (San Fernando Valley) it’ll probably be easier for you to grasp the aesthetics and purpose behind the Adult Friend Finder service. I don’t make any guarantees because as I’ve said in other blog and forum posts some of you get it while some of you don’t and I don’t write to create a monolithic way of approaching online dating.
