Based on my reviews, if you’re joining ExpatSingles.net with expectations to meet a REAL woman, then yes based on my reviews it’s a scam, if you’re joining ExpatSingles for ENTERTAINMENT reasons then it’s legit.
The “Expat Singles” entertainment service, comes across like it’s trying to portray and international dating website. If you’re joining them for that reason personally, I think it’s better to join a legitimate international dating service like Foreign Affair, that offers in-person dating instead of exclusive online entertainment.
