My personal guess is Hgh energizer is nothing more than a placebo pill a placebo pill is a fake pill that does nothing. What Hgh Energizer and other companies do is they mix ingredients that might be linked to growing muscles together and sell it on the market. Most people will fall for this stuff simply because of the marketing. I don’t recommend hgh energizer to build musles and i don’t recommend it to grow your penis. In terms of side effects more than likely there is none because this pill is probably nothing more than a fake.
