WildMeets.com Review Is It a Scam?
When I first landed on the wildmeets.com website “I says to myself I says” this site sure looks familar where have I seen this before then when I do some investigating turns out that WildMeets is part of the Together Networks. What comes to mind when I think Together Networks is NaughtyDate.com and BeNaughty.com which is a foreign owned company currently located in Valletta, Malta. Let me point out that I don’t think Valletta, Malta is a bad place, the people there are probably wonderful people, however when it comes to online dating I’m not a fan of Americans joining foreign owned dating websites.
Reason being is that most foreign countries don’t abide by the same laws which is one of the reasons I don’t recommend them. With that said allow me to point out that I do recommend some Canadian dating websites like pof.com, for those of you that don’t know Canada has some of the best laws to prevent spam in the world, also I recommend some U.K dating websites as well, Australian dating websites I don’t know any good ones but if i find one I’ll point it out.
WildMeets.com Terms of use and Privacy Policy
I wrote about another Together Networks in the past and one of my main points was to point out to people was how these foreign dating websites operate if you go to the Wild Meets Privacy policy found by clicking the privcay policy link on their website or by going here: http://www.wildmeets.com/staticPage/privacypolicy as of November 2014 section 1. (b) states the following:
You authorise us to reproduce and broadcast the information contained in your profile including your name, photograph, ‘chat up line’, description etc. throughout all or part of our Partner Sites and our Group Companies for the purposes of delivering the Services to you.
If you read the WildMeets.com terms and conditions you’ll get a better picture of how the Together Networks Ltd works. There is so much I could write here about why I personally will not be signing up for WildMeets.com but I’ll leave it up to you. Bottomline I hate foreign owned dating websites.
Final thoughts regarding WildMeets.com
One of the things that piss me off is spam, I get a lot of it from foreign owned adult sex dating websites sending me spam daily and in my opinion most of it comes from sites like WildMeets.com which by the way is a part of Together Networks which is also affiliated with Cupid plc. I’m not a fan, based on my reviews I think WildMeets.com is a scam, I don’t they’re legit and I definitely don’t recommend them. With that said I don’t write these blog posts to tell people what to do with their time or money, if you want to sign up with WildMeets.com don’t let me stop you but don’t say I didn’t warn you either.
If you follow me on the forums or read any of my posts it’s all the same I recommend Adult Friend Finder, why? first of all Adult Friend Finder is American owned, secondly they’ve been online since 1996, thirdly I’ve been using them and meeting people since 1999 and I know first hand because I’M A MEMBER that they’re legit. Women curious about joining Adult Friend Finder should know that one of things they do better than any other swingers or sex dating site is they try to make their features cater to women and their wants and needs in a dating website.
I sometimes forget to mention that yes, lesbians, transgenders, gays, slim, fat, short tall all races are welcome. Back in the 90’s when online dating wasn’t that popular Adult Friend Finder took a strong stance catering to ALL people. Conservative types didn’t like it back then and also the fact that Adult Friend Finder was in some peoples minds encouraging women to cheat on their husbands and break up marriages Adult Friend Finder didn’t exactly have the best reputation back then but being that there are so many scam dating websites now, a lot of people are now seeing the true value of Adult Friend Finder which is one of the rare survivors in adult dating that’s actually located in America which is very tough to do in this competitive space.
I wrote more than I planned to in short I don’t recommend WildMeets.com but if you want to sign up with them don’t let me stop you good luck!
