I didn't know Canada had a city or town named Delaware. I hope you see why, in good faith, I can't recommend BDate.com. Yes, it's possible for a company to have multiple locations, but usually that entity would list both locations on their website instead of basically conflating addresses for its own purposes.
Unless you're joining BDate purely for entertainment, consider Foreign Affair, a service for mature men looking for an attractive partner. Although visually BDate might look like a dating website, you'd be wise to consider it a marketing website or even a data-harvesting operation.

If you're going to join BDate.com, you may want to consider it a marketing service that basically tries to get you to join other services and charges you to chat with what could be automated AI bots, because they're not tying themselves down to anything.For example, Foreign Affair, whether you like them or not, makes it clear what they do. They're an international INTRODUCTIONS service for men looking to date internationally. They focus on in-person meetups, that's all they do, and they leave their contact information if you're interested in joining them. That's their business model, love it or hate it. On the flip side, you have this ambiguous company called BDate. Fine, it's a marketing company, just call yourself that. Everything about it is clouded in secrecy and weird business information. Even if they're not a scam, they sure look like a scam.
